Genna Vinson, MA, LCMHC
Genna has extensive experience in the mental health and addiction fields working in the United States and Europe. She served as a United States government contractor in Heidelberg, Germany where she implemented a teen substance abuse program. She has facilitated the opening of three community mental health clinics in Texas and New Mexico and served as the executive director of a non-profit whose mission was to reduce the impact of alcohol and drugs on the community. Genna also served as adjunct faculty at St. Edwards University and Austin Community College, both in Austin, TX.
In 2005, Genna created The Inspire Programs in her Austin, Texas private practice with Pamela Gates Hart. The mission was to create an out patient prevention and treatment program for teens and their families. In 2010, they incorporated Prime For Life® and Prime Solutions® into their practice in order to expand and offer education, prevention, intervention and treatment all in one program. In 2016, the Dallas office opened and Elizabeth Didlake joined the team.

Elizabeth Didlake, MA, CLC

Elizabeth has devoted over 25 years to helping clients facing a variety of struggles. She began her career in the substance abuse prevention and intervention field then transitioned to supporting those who were impacted by other mental health issues. Through her work in counseling agencies, schools, and now in her private coaching practice, Elizabeth has refined her life coaching, facilitation and mediation skills.
Her genuine concern for people is evidenced by the variety of support she offers. Elizabeth covers mindfulness and stress reduction, anger management, life transitions, mediation and conflict management, goal setting, and decision making and risk-reduction around drugs and alcohol. Elizabeth believes that when people learn healthy coping strategies, they may never turn to destructive behaviors to manage stress.

Pam was instrumental in developing The Inspire Programs with Genna and has continued to consult with and supervise the program ever since. During her professional career she has provided a broad range of services to people of all ages and has experience in most issues related to mental health, behavioral health and addictions. Pam has worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings as a clinician, supervisor, manager and director.
